Parishes and schools may receive groups that will want to stay on campus but are from outside of the Diocese of Arlington. Those particular groups are not required to go through the same process that diocesan clergy, staff, and volunteers are subject to abide. They are required, however, to complete their diocesan/eparchal process and provide verification before arriving in the Diocese of Arlington.
This is very common for the March for Life.
To facilitate this process, the Office for Child and Youth Protection and Victim Assistance (OCYPVA) has developed a form that may be used by parishes and schools to collect the necessary information. Please see the attached form.
