2022-23 Final Announcement to Gather Data for Child/Youth Training 

The Office of Child Protection is very appreciative your location has provided Safe Environment Training to the children this school year! 

We want to thank you and your staff for the commitment to provide safe environment for children entrusted in our care and assisting each child to grow in grace and wisdom. 

The Training details are as follows: 

~ Provide Training to the Children

Locations have until Sunday December 11^th to provide the training to the children. This date also includes make up training. 

Parish and schools are two different locations and data should be reported separately (do not combine school and parish in one survey). 

~Details to Report Training Data

1. Preview of Questions: 
   1. Review “Preview of Questions” attached to view the required data locations should collect in order successfully complete the actual Reporting Form Survey.

1. Locations Data is Required:  
   1. The data provided is presented to the Bishop and locations that do not complete the survey will be listed as “incomplete”. The data is also provided to Auditors requested from the United States Catholic Bishops (USCCB) to verify and measure our Diocesan Compliance with the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People.
