OPCYP has developed a widget to assist applicants when they have questions. This form is located immediately under the application portal entrance on the Diocesan website. This form actually creates a ticket in Freshdesk without the applicant having to create a customer profile in Freshdesk.  

Responses will continue to be delivered via email and Freshdesk. Additionally, since we are asking applicants the parish, school or organization they are volunteering with Freshdesk will shortly be able to inform you, the liaison, who and what type of question is being asked.

Lastly, the form also allows for the individual to search articles in case they want to assist themselves.
