The 2020 OPCYP Policy Acknowledgement for volunteers requires the liaison to manually provide credit to the individual using the Liaison Management Portal.
These are the following steps :
1. Select the Volunteer Query on the Liaison Portal
2. Select the Volunteer's Compliance ID number
3. Scroll down to their "Actions & Results"
4. Select the blue button "2020 Policy Received"
5. Select "Continue" to provide Credit for signing the policy.
6. This will create an activity under Actions & Results. View sample below:
