The 2020 OPCYP Policy Acknowledgement for volunteers requires the liaison to manually provide credit to the individual using the Liaison Management Portal.
These are the following steps after you have received the signed acknowledgement:
1. Select the Volunteer Query on the Liaison Portal
2. Select the Volunteer's Compliance ID number
3. Scroll down to their "Actions & Results"
4. Select the blue button "2020 Policy Received"
5. Select "Continue" to provide Credit for signing the policy.
6. This will create an activity under Actions & Results. View sample below:
7. Scan the signed document and send it to OPCYP through Freshdesk.
